Artist Biography - Earl Biss (1947-1998)

Earl Biss was born in Renton, Washington in 1947. He was raised by his grandmother on the Crow Reservation in Montana. He studied at the Institute of American Indian Art in Santa Fe and the San Francisco Art Institute.
