Artist Biography - Morgan Wagner (1917-1950)
A native of Colorado, Morgan Wagner studied in New York at the Art Students League under Vaclav Vytacil, George Grosz, Henry Billings and Robert Laurent; at the University of Colorado, Boulder (1936-38 and the Colorado Springs Fine Arts Center (formerly the Broadmoor Academy) under Boardman Robinson, Otis Dozier and Lawrence Barrett.
