Artist Biography - Gertrude Schoeler (1913-2007)

Born in Washington state, Gertrude Schoeler was raised in Oregon. She earned a bachelor's degree in education from Oregon State College in Corvallis. She taught art in several public schools in Oregon while painting in her free time.
