Studied: Denver, CO with Robert A. Graham, J. Campbell, mid-1920s; Broadmoor Art Academy with Randall Davey, Ernest Lawson, Boardman Robinson, Ward Lockwood 1928-early 30s; study in Paris at Louvre and Luxembourg museums. Assisted Boardman Robinson with murals for Radio City Music Hall (NYC), 1932. Established studio in mid 1930s; designed and made stage sets; later involved in ceramics. Murals: old Antlers Hotel (mid 1930s); City Auditorium, Colorado Springs, 1935. Taught: Broadmoor Art Academy, 1934 (summer); Pueblo Junior College, CO. Exhibitions: New York, San Francisco, Kansas City, Santa Fe, Pueblo (CO), Central City (CO); Canon City (CO); Broadmoor Art Academy, 1928-29, 32, 34; Artists West of the Mississippi, 1936; Colorado springs Fine Arts Center, 1973 (one-man); A Retrospective of Colorado Springs Art, University of Colorado at Colorado Springs, 1979. Work in Colorado Springs Fine Arts Center and private collections.
