The Arctic and Subarctic Culture Area includes the coastal and inland areas of the Arctic Circle.  The Subarctic Culture area spans from the Pacific Ocean in present Day Alaska across Canada to the Atlantic shore.  Native American Indian tribes associated with the Arctic and Subarctic region include the Aleut, Tahltan and Inuit (Eskimo).
